Court of first instance satisfied the claim of the district prosecutor's office to seize shares of Solikamsk Magnesium Plant from retail investors. What the court was guided by is still unknown. Motivation part of the decision will be published next week. Initiative group of retail investors intends to go to the end and file first an appeal and then a cassation appeal, as well as, if necessary, appeal to the Judicial Board for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court to appeal the decision by way of supervision.
