Supervisory Board was replenished with new members

Shareholders of X5 Group have approved the inclusion of new members to the Supervisory Board of the company. Board includes former CEO of MTS Alexey Kornya, Managing Director of Google UAE in emerging markets of the EMEA region Yulia Solovieva and former Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development Azer Talybov. They will also join the board of directors of X5 Corporate Center LLC, where X5's assets in Russia are consolidated. It is this company that is included in the list of economically significant organizations.
