UAC resumes IL-11 flight tests

UAC has resumed the testing program of the 68-seat IL-114 aircraft after a long break amid the IL-112V disaster, which crashed on approach in 2021. Il-114 and Il-112V aircraft are equipped with the TVS117-ST engine. Engine installed on the test sample has undergone a set of improvements. In addition, a new auxiliary propulsion system TA14-114 was installed, which will ensure the aircraft's autonomy during maintenance and preparation for flight at poorly equipped airfields.
