UAC and the Indian state corporation Hindustan Aeronautics Limited have signed a memorandum of understanding. As part of the agreement, the Indian company will receive the rights to manufacture SJ-100 civil aircraft for domestic customers.

At the Irkutsk Aviation Plant of the UAC was built first prototype of the Yak-130M combat training aircraft. Machine is aimed at ground and flight tests. During the ground tests, new and upgraded systems will be tested on the aircraft to confirm the claimed characteristics. Then the flight will be prepared for the first flight.

UAC plans to produce almost 50% more new aircraft in 2025 than in 2024, said Vadim Badekha, CEO of the corporation. These are mainly combat aircraft and support the tasks of a special military operation.
