Zaimer started collecting applications for participation in the IPO

MFC Zaimer has set the IPO price range at ₽235-270 per share, which corresponds to a capitalization of ₽23.5-27.0 billion. Major shareholder plans to sell about ₽3 billion worth of the company's securities to investors. Collection of applications for participation in the IPO will begin today and will last until April 11. Trading in the shares is scheduled to begin on April 12.
