VK has increased its stake in Tetrick to 86%

VK in Q3 2023 increased its stake in education platform Tetrika from 60.67% to 85.97%. Value of the acquired 25.3% of Tetrika amounted to ₽707 million. In August 2023, the company announced its intention to increase its stake in Tetrika to over 90% and merge it with Uchi.Doma, which is part of the holding's educational platform Uchi.ru. Tetrika's revenue in 2023 amounted to ₽1 billion, with a net loss of ₽320 million.
