EuroTrans has opened the first of two over-the-counter offer windows for IPO participants to purchase shares in the company at ₽250 per paper. Number of shares an investor can purchase in the first offer window is defined as 1/6 of the lower of the following: number of shares owned as of January 15, 2024, number of securities purchased in the IPO multiplied by 1.5. Acceptances of the offer will be accepted from April 11 through April 17, 2024.
