Zaimer IPO was at the lower end of the price range

MFC Zaimer has set the IPO offering price at ₽235 per share, which corresponds to the lower end of the price range. Zymer's majority shareholder sold about ₽3 billion worth of the company's securities to investors. Market capitalization of the company at the start of trading will be ₽23.5 billion and free-float will be 15%. Trading in the shares will begin today at 3:00 p.m. under the ticker ZAYM.
