Bank of Russia may restrict access to shares of non-transparent companies

Bank of Russia may separate in quotation lists the securities of companies that do not fully disclose information about themselves. Unqualified investors may be required to undergo testing to purchase such securities. Share of companies that disclose information in full on the Moscow Exchange does not exceed 50%.
