Astra raised the lower bound of the SPO

Astra increased the lower limit of its SPO offering from ₽500 to ₽555 per paper. Major shareholder of the group Denis Frolov intends to sell 21 mln shares to investors, which is 10% of the company's authorized capital. SPO will allow the company to qualify for the first level of the Moscow Exchange listing, as well as to get into the Moscow Exchange Index.
