NAUFOR considers the seizure of SMZ shares to be a violation of legal principles

National Association of Stock Market Participants sent a letter to the Supreme Court stating that the association considers the seizure of 10.6% of shares of Solikamsk Magnesium Plant from minority shareholders in favor of the state to be unjustified. Association notes that the seizure of shares acquired at organized trades is a violation of legal principles, which may provoke a decrease in the attractiveness of the stock market and cause damage to the Russian financial industry.
