UAC conducts additional share issue

UAC shareholders decided to place 113 bln additional shares. Securities will be placed by private subscription in favor of Rostec and Rosimushchestvo. Payment is possible both in cash and by offsetting counterclaims or transfer of property. Price of the placement of shares will be determined at a later date.
