Rostelecom plans IPO of subsidiary RTK-DPC in autumn

Rostelecom is looking at the autumn window for the IPO of its subsidiary RTK-DPC. Now the company expects clarity from the Bank of Russia on the minimum free float threshold for admitting shares to organized trading, the company's president Mikhail Oseevsky told reporters on the sidelines of the CIPR-2024 conference. Placement will take place on Mosbirzh.
