Rostelecom to abandon Oracle systems

Rostelecom will create its own import-independent billing system based on Sbertech's domestic Platform V Pangolin database management system. Previously, the state operator's billing was based on components of the American Oracle. This was stated by the Vice-president of Rostelecom Darius Khalitov.
