Ministry of Industry and Trade has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region to suspend the corporate rights of Luxembourg-based investment fund Redbriisk Investments in fertilizer producer Acron. In 2018, the investment fund was Akron's main shareholder with a 62.48% stake. It now owns 34.16% of the company.
