IVA Technologies plans to IPO by the end of the year

Video conferencing service developer IVA Technologies is planning an IPO. Company could go public in the second or third quarter of the year with a valuation of ₽35-40 billion. It has already hired bank consultants and lawyers, and the deal will also involve the sale of shares to existing shareholders.
