TMK cancels SPO due to unfavorable market conditions

TMK canceled the SPO due to unfavorable conditions on the Russian equity capital market. TMK's main shareholder, OOO TMK Steel Holding, planned to sell up to 2% of the company's shares as part of the SPO.
