TMK announced the buyback of 1,924,540 shares (0.1829% of capital) from minority shareholders opposing its transition to a single share, totaling RUB 223 million. The repurchase price was RUB 116.1 per share. The transition, approved in July 2025, includes the merger of eight subsidiaries into TMK by December 31, 2025.

TMK plans to sell and export 300,000 tons of pipe products this year, mainly to the CIS countries, said Sergey Chikalov, the company's CEO, at the Tyumen Oil and Gas Forum. In good years, the company sold about 1 million tons of pipes abroad.

Loss of Pipe Metallurgical Company under IFRS for 6 months of 2025 amounted to ₽3.3 billion, an increase of 83.3% compared to ₽1.8 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 14.3% to ₽237 billion from ₽276.7 billion a year earlier.

TMK's RAS net profit for 6 months of 2025 amounted to ₽22.04 billion, which is 38% lower than ₽35.53 billion in the previous year. Revenue decreased by 12.6% to ₽206.96 billion from ₽236.72 billion a year earlier.
