Lukoil restored the Nizhny Novgorod Refinery

Lukoil Oil Company has completed compressor repairs and launched a catalytic cracking unit at the Nizhny Novgorod Refinery, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said at SPIEF. Unit operation was temporarily halted in January. According to Rostekhnadzor, the reason for the unit's decommissioning was a faulty compressor part.
