Moscow exchanges under sanctions

US sanctions were imposed on Moscow Exchange and its subsidiaries, the National Settlement Depository and the National Clearing Center. Exchange trading in dollars and euros will no longer take place, and the Bank of Russia will now use bank statements and OTC trading data to determine the official dollar and euro to ruble exchange rates.
