Sitronics wants to digitize rivers and seas

Sitronics, a company owned by AFK Sistema, has proposed to the Ministry of Transport to create a unified digital system for managing water transportation in Russia. Such a system would increase the transparency of logistics, management and planning of sea, river and multimodal transportation and improve the speed, efficiency and accessibility of transportation by sea and river routes.
