EuroTrans opened the second exchange offer window

EuroTrans has opened the second and final exchange offer window for IPO participants to purchase shares in the company at ₽250. Number of securities an investor can purchase is defined as 1/6 of the lower of the following: the number of shares owned as of May 15, 2024 and the number of securities purchased at the IPO multiplied by 1.5. Acceptances of the offer will be accepted until June 25.
