LSR will build a premium eight-storey hotel with an area of 14.9 thousand m2 and a business center with a height of 9 floors on Krasnoye Kursant Street in St. Petersburg. This will be the first classical hotel project in the developer's portfolio. Group purchased the 7,788 m2 plot of land at 19 Krasnogo Kursanta Street in 2020 for ₽720 mln. Investment in the project will amount to ₽2.6 bln.
