Rostelecom plans to buy a data center for 4,000 racks

Rostelecom plans to buy a 4,000 rack data center in Medvedkovo from developer PNK Group. Value of the deal is estimated at ₽19 billion. It will allow the operator to strengthen its data center business before its IPO in the fall, experts believe.
