MD Medical Group acquired RGS-Med clinic in Syktyvkar, the capital of the Komi Republic. Transaction amount was ₽25 million. RGS-Med clinic with a total area of 1,212 sq. m. is one of the largest private multidisciplinary medical centers in the Komi Republic, providing comprehensive consultative, diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive medical care in a wide range of medical specialties for adults.
