At the end of June, the first stage of accepting bids for the acquisition of developer Ingrad was completed, sources told Vedomosti. Most favorable offer was made by the structure of Sberbank, which attracted an unnamed partner for the deal. According to the interlocutors of the publication, the owner of the developer expected to receive for the asset about ₽40 billion, which has already scared away a number of large developers. However, Sberbank's structure and its partner are ready to pay ₽50 bln for the deal. In the press service of the bank the deal is denied.
