MMK's coke battery No. 12, the most powerful in Russia, started coke production. This is the company's largest investment project over the last ten years with investments totaling almost ₽90 billion. SINOSTEEL from China acted as the general contractor and equipment supplier. Production capacity of the new facility is 2.5 million tons of dry coke per year, which will cover half of MMK's demand.
