EuroTrans majority shareholders are preparing a buyback

Eurotrans' majority shareholders are planning to announce a share buyback from minority shareholders. They intend to purchase up to 20 million shares at ₽350 per share. Buyback program is scheduled to be launched in August this year and will run until August 2027.
