DFA-platforms have agreed to integration with Moscow Exchange

Moscow Exchange has received "soft consent" from all Russian DFA issuance platforms to integrate with it to create a secondary market. Already 11 platforms can issue digital assets, but there are only two exchange operators - Moscow Exchange and SPB Exchange.
