VTB plans to merge with Pocht Bank in 2026, VTB President Andrey Kostin said. He also noted that this transaction has already been agreed with the Federal Antimonopoly Service. Earlier it was reported that the benchmark for the price of the transfer of Post Bank to VTB is one capital, which on June 1 amounted to ₽70.9 billion.
