Sovcombank postpones additional share issue for the acquisition of Home Bank to 2025

Sovcombank has postponed the additional share issue for the acquisition of Home Bank from 2024 to the first quarter of 2025. Change of the deadline was caused by the extension of the restriction on alienation of the bank's shares for the former owners of Home Bank for six months from the date of receipt of the new shares.
