Renaissance Insurance will receive VSK - Life Line portfolio

Renaissance Insurance Group has agreed with VSK to transfer VSK Life Line's accumulation and investment insurance portfolio of approximately ₽12 billion to Renaissance Life. Closing of the transaction is expected after regulatory approval by the end of 2024. In addition, the company plans to close another deal in Q3 to buy Raiffeisen Life with a portfolio of ₽20 billion.
