Inter RAO acquired NPO Elsib

Inter RAO acquired a 98.4% stake in NPO Elsib. Enterprise produces hydro and turbogenerators, asynchronous and synchronous electric motors for various industries. Acquisition of NPO Elsib will allow Inter RAO to form a fully integrated power engineering business with leading positions in the segment of medium-capacity power units in the medium term and thus strengthen its position in the industry, the company notes.
