APRI enters the St. Petersburg market

Developer APRI acquired a land plot of over 38 hectares for residential construction in the Leningrad Region bordering the Peterhof district of St. Petersburg. Master plan of the land plot development envisages construction of a low-rise residential neighborhood of 150,000 sq. m. in Scandinavian style. Concept of building comfortable low-rise towns with 15-minute accessibility of all infrastructure is the basic one for the developer APRI.
