Cian Technology plans to offer minority shareholders a swap by the end of the year

Cian Technology has started redomiciliation to Russia. Company intends to complete all necessary processes and be ready to make an offer to minority shareholders to exchange Cian receipts by the end of this year. Earlier, the founders and other major shareholders of Cian exchanged their securities for stakes in Cian Technology, registered in the Republic of Seychelles. As a result of the exchange, Cian Technology received about 70% of Cian, becoming a new holding company.
