Roemer Capital buys Ozon receipts

Cypriot broker Roemer Capital has made an offer to buy back American depositary shares of Ozon from investors holding the securities through Euroclear infrastructure. Broker is ready to buy up to 1.1 mln securities at $23.5 per share. Thus, the discount to the price of shares on Moscow Exchange is 35%.
