Globaltrans shareholders' meeting was recognized as invalid due to lack of quorum. Depository bank failed to take the necessary actions to collect the votes of the receipt holders and also failed to ensure the participation of its representative in the meeting. A repeat shareholders' meeting to approve the offer to Russian holders of securities at ₽520 per receipt has been called for October 7.
