Promsvyazbank set the buyout price for CarMoney shares

Promsvyazbank has set the buyback price of CarMoney shares within the framework of the voluntary offer at ₽2.5 per paper. Satisfaction of bids will take place today during trading on the Moscow Exchange. Additional information on the results of the offer will be published after the settlement is finalized.
