VK acquires 20% of a developer of ticketing process automation

VK acquired 20% in NKS Technologies LLC, which specializes in automating the process of selling tickets through various channels. Press service of VK explained that the company plans to use the IT-development team of NKS Technologies LLC in its own projects.
