Bank of Russia registered an additional share issue of Arenadata

Bank of Russia registered additional issues of ordinary shares of Arenadata for conversion of preferred shares into them. Company uses preferred shares for the employee incentive program, under which 2.35% of the target capital can be converted from preferred shares to common shares after January 1, 2026 at a ratio of 1 to 1. Another 11.65% of the capital is intended for conversion of minority interests in the group's operating companies.
