Ozone Pharmaceuticals IPO went through the top line

Ozone Pharmaceuticals has set the IPO offering price at ₽35 per share, which corresponds to the top end of its price range and a capitalization of ₽38.5 billion. Total IPO size was ₽3.45 billion. Raised funds will be for the expansion of its generic and biosimilars product line and the launch of new manufacturing facilities. Trading of the shares will begin today under the ticker OZPH.
