Value of LSR's new contracts for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽115 bln, down 20.7%. In physical terms, the volume of sales decreased by 37% to 487 thousand sq. m. Share of mortgage transactions increased by 2 p.p. and amounted to 78%.
