Moscow Exchange plans to create an expert council, which will consist of representatives of brokers, investment banks, professional specialists and will consider applications from potential candidates for pre-IPO on the OTC platform Moex Start, said managing director for the stock market of the exchange Boris Blokhin. Council will be formed and will start its work in the nearest future.
