Shareholders approved the merger of Rosbank with T-Bank

Shareholders of T-Bank and Rosbank approved the merger of Rosbank into T-Bank as a branch in the first quarter of 2025. Rosbank shares will be exchanged for T-Bank securities at the rate of 1 T-Bank share for 5.88 Rosbank shares. Rosbank shares can also be sold to T-Bank at ₽129.4 per share.
