Lenta acquires the chain of drogeries Smile of the Rainbow

Lenta acquires Russia's second largest chain of drogery stores, Smile of the Rainbow. Chain has 1,535 stores with a total selling space of 204,000 sq. m. and three distribution centers. Retail revenue of Smile of the Rainbow for 9 months of 2024 amounted to ₽29.6 billion, an increase of 17.4% year-on-year. Lenta did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
