Alfa Bank wants to recover $77.3 mln from Nornickel

Alfa-Bank filed a claim against Nornickel in the Moscow Arbitration Court for $77.3 million. Representative of Nornickel explained that Alfa-Bank filed a claim against Nornickel in the Moscow Arbitration Court in order to protect its legitimate interests in accordance with the anti-sanctions regulations in force in Russia, and the existence of this dispute will not affect the business relations between the plaintiff and the defendant.
