Kuibyshevazot bought out Tecnimont's stake in JV Volgafert

Kuibyshevazot bought 32% in Volgafert LLC from Tecnimont, consolidating 100% of the joint venture. This is one of the largest granulated urea production projects with the status of Togliatti TOR resident. Capacity of the enterprise allows to produce 1.5 thousand tons of products per day. Total investment in the project amounted to ₽23.4 billion.
