VTB buys Post Bank for ₽36 billion

VTB has bought out Russian Post's 50% stake in Pochta Bank for ₽36 billion, Digital Development Minister Maksut Shadaev told a meeting of the Federation Council's economic policy committee. VTB plans to merge with Pochta Bank in 2026.
