Commercial real estate investment platform SimpleEstate raises ₽60 million round. Since its founding in 2019, SimpleEstate has closed over ₽1.7 billion worth of deals and plans to grow its portfolio to ₽15 billion within 5 years. SImpe Estate will use the proceeds to strengthen its marketing and expand its team to scale the business. Previously, Simple Estate has already raised 7 rounds of investment totaling ₽92 million, of which ₽30 million was raised from venture capital funds Kama Flow, Malina VC and AYR Capital.
