PIK may completely withdraw from the project near the Tretyakov Gallery

PIK has sold 49% of the company Specialized Developer Pyzhevsky 5, which acts as a developer of the luxury residential complex Mono Kami in Pyzhevsky Lane near the Tretyakov Gallery. Amount of the deal could be ₽2-3 billion. Experts admit that PIK may completely withdraw from the project.
